These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you use ridwengstudios.com (the "website"), run by Ridweng Studios ("Ridweng Studios", "we", "us" or "our"). 1. Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

2. Our content

The text, logos, artwork, screenshots, trailers, music and other material on the website belong to Ridweng Studios or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission, except where the law allows.

3. Future games and plans

Anything the website says about future games, features or projects describes our ambitions, not confirmed releases. Plans can change, and nothing on the website is a promise that a particular game or feature will be released.

4. Supporting the studio

Contributions made through our Ko-fi page are voluntary support for Ridweng Studios' development work. They are not investments, charitable donations or purchases of future games. They do not grant equity, financial returns or guaranteed rewards.

Payments are made on Ko-fi and processed by Ko-fi and its payment partners under their own terms. If you have a question about a contribution, contact us at contact@ridwengstudios.com.

5. Ideas, messages and collaboration

When you send us your details, ideas or work, through the contact form or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share them.

Talking to us about ideas or a collaboration is not a job offer, an employment relationship or a commitment from either side. Any work on a commercial project will be discussed and agreed separately, in writing.

We hear ideas from many places and may already be working on something similar. Sending us an idea does not oblige us to keep it confidential, use it or pay for it, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, so please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

6. Links to other sites

The website links to services we do not control, such as the Meta Horizon Store and Ko-fi. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the website as it is and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
